The Copeman Neuroscience Centre has developed an evidence-based screening program based on advanced questionnaires that enable executive management to properly assess the risks that the organization faces related to illness. This computer technology will also provide your organization with concrete recommendations for intervention so that it may avert the consequences of not acting on early signs of mental illness.

This mental health screening & prevention technology can also be integrated with a comprehensive physical health assessment, also questionnaire-based, provided by the Copeman Healthcare Centre. Using a customized and branded web-based health portal, personnel answer a comprehensive, confidential set of medical and lifestyle questionnaires that can assess the relative risk for 12 cancers, 4 chronic diseases, stress, anxiety and mood disorders. Personnel receive valuable information on their health status as an immediate benefit, and the organization receives an anonymous report that breaks down organizational health risk by condition and personnel hierarchy. It will also display an overall health “score” for the organization, broken down by job type, that factors in mortality risk and Potentially Productive Years of Life Lost (PPYLL). This score can be used as an effective means of measuring the effectiveness of the organization’s employee health strategy.

The Copeman Neuroscience Centre will be entering the pilot stage of this exciting project in the first quarter of 2007. If you are interested in involving your organization , please contact us.
